New Police Community Support Officers to Farnborough

Alert message sent 24/08/2021 08:48:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

Hello Farnborough Community, Police Inspector here. We have two new Police Community Support officer's (PCSO's) joining us at the Farnborough Neighbourhood Policing Team. We have another PCSOSophie and also PCSOMartin. I write them like that so that you can follow them in our social media. So we now have PCSOSophieWest who has been with us a while now working with PCSOMartin in West Farnborough and PCSOSophieSouth who has just joined our Farnborough South Neighbourhood. I can remember the time when we didn't have PCSO's and some doubted it would work but what an amazing asset they have proved to be. Our PCSO's are our crime and antisocial behaviour problem solvers and are key to our safeguarding for those most vulnerable. When the PCSO's aren't meeting our partners to problem solve issues they are the Police Colleagues you will see virtually or physically in your neighbourhood; online, at beat surgeries, if its PCSOGordon or PCSORebecca you might see them wizzing past on their bikes. Special mention for PCSO David who has been working hard on some recent problem solving and is having real success bringing people together and mitigating harms. Thankyou Police Community Support Officers!
