Burglary - Mottisfont

Dear resident,

We would like you to be aware of a burglary that has been reported to us in your area. This occurred between 20:00 on Friday 17th July 2020 and 07:00 on Saturday 18th July 2020. Unknown offenders have broken in and stolen Stihl batteries from a barn on Mottisfont Lane, Mottisfont. Offenders also caused damage to a vehicle whilst on scene.

Did you see or hear anything suspicious that evening? Has someone tried to sell you any batteries recently? If you have any information that you think might be relevant and useful to our investigation into this matter, please tell us. Please remember to take steps to protect your property. Always lock windows and doors, consider what other locks you can install to increase security.
