It has been a busy weekend for our officers in Southsea working on Op Monster.

This is our dedicated operation to tackling commercial burglaries in the area, working with local businesses and targeting our patrols to prevent break-ins and thefts.

Two people have been charged with a burglary at Bored Limited, which happened in the early hours of February 8.

Liza Collins, 38, of Tankerton Close, and Paul Jennings, 46, of Nelson Road, have been charged with one count of burglary.

They are both due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on February 25.

We also made an arrest in relation to another burglary at a jewellers in Marmion Road, Southsea, on Sunday evening.
