Residential Burglary

Between the hours of 13:15 on the 21/12/2019 and 15:30 on the 22/12/2019, offenders gained entry to a property on CUPERNHAM LANE, ROMSEY.  It is believed entry was gained through an unlocked rear door. A quantity of jewellery and medals were stolen.

House to House enquiries have been completed in the area. However, if you saw anything suspicious that you wish to report, please call 101 and reference the number 44190459048. Alternatively, you can report this online via the Hampshire Constabulary website.

Please find below some crime prevention advice

- Always lock your doors and windows when you are out of your property
- Do not leave valuables on show
- Consider investing in CCTV & alarms. This equipment can act as a deterrent to potential burglars.
-  Consider investing in a safe for your valuables.
