Burglary in Valley Park

This e-mail is intended to bring to your attention to a recent attempt burglary that has occurred in Thirlstane Firs and to raise your awareness and remind you to be vigilant to help prevent and reduce crime in your neighbourhood.
 
Please remember to ensure you close and lock your windows and doors when left unattended, use timer switches to make your property look occupied. Ensure valuables are kept out of view from windows and report any suspicious behaviour to the police.

A burglary has taken place between 19:00 hours on the 22/11/2019 and 20:30 hours on the 23/11/2019. A ground floor front window has been forced open with tools gaining access to the property. An untidy search has been made upstairs with laptops and cash being stolen.
