Please see below a weekly crime report for the Civil Parishes of Liss, Hawkley, Greatham, Froxfield & Privett, Steep, Stroud and Colemore & Priors Dean.
Week Commencing – 11th November 2019:
None reported.

16/11/19 – Overnight – Willow Close, Hill Brow, Liss .
Ref No: 44190413537
Theft of front number plate. Rear number plate not taken.
16/11/19 – Between 11:00 – 19:00hrs – Petersfield Road, Greatham.
Ref No: 44190412552
Theft of front and rear number plates.
12/11/19 – Liss Resident
An elderly male has received a scam phone call from a male stating he was a Met Police officer and that his credit card may have been stolen. The aggrieved refused to give any details and said they could send police around in person. Male has then hung up saying that would call him back later. Bank account has been checked and no money has been withdrawn.
Please remember that Police will never ask for money, bank account details etc.. over the phone. If you receive a call like this please hang up immediately. Please contact your phone provider on blocking these type of calls.
If you have any information that may assist us with any of these crimes, please call 101 and quote the occurrence number. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers on 0800-555 111 and pass on any information anonymously.
