Alert message sent 13/11/2019 19:29:00

Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

We are appealing for witnesses that might have seen an incident that occurred outside the Acorn Medical Partnership in South Ham on Sunday 10th November 2019 at approximately 11:50.
Our victim was standing in the bike rack in front of the main entrance to the practice, when an unknown male has approached them and proceeded to grab hold of their arm. The victim has attempted to pull away from the male but he pulled them closer and kissed them on the cheek and lips. Both parties have gone their separate ways.
We believe the male came from the direction of Russell Howard Park and left going towards Western Way.
The male is described as a white male, aged in his 50’s, 5ft 7 inches tall, overweight, short greying hair and wearing a blue and white windbreaker type jacket.
If you have any information that could assist our investigation or could have seen our victim in some distress please contact us on 101 quoting reference number 44190403786.
