Do you have footage that could assist with our investigation? We are issuing two CCTV images of man we would like to speak to after two incidents in Portsmouth and asking for anybody who has relevant footage that may support our enquiries to come forward. On Sunday 30 August between 3:10am and 4:00am a man was seen entering a vehicle parked on a driveway Elgin Road, Portsmouth. Nothing was taken, however the same man reportedly then entered the driveway’s property and stole a jacket. We have also received a report of the theft of two Sat-Navs from a vehicle parked on Court Lane, Portsmouth overnight between Saturday 29 August and Sunday 30 August. Officers believe that these incidents may be linked. Following enquiries, we are now able to share an image of a man who we believe may be able to assist with our investigation into this incident. We’d like to hear from you if you have CCTV, dashcam, mobile phone, or doorbell camera footage that may assist our enquiries.
