Man, 28, charged with multiple offences following road-related incident in Ringwood

A 28-year-old man from Ringwood has been charged with five offences following a road-related incident on Parsonage Barn Lane in Ringwood on Wednesday (19 August).

Quincy Rufus Digby Hopkins, of no fixed abode, has been charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance and breach of criminal behaviour order.

He appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court on Thursday 20 August and was remanded in custody, to next appear at Southampton Crown Court on Thursday 17 September.
