I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Violent Crime, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. We are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious assault in Fleet.
Officers were called at 1.30am on Saturday 22 November to a report of an altercation inside Bunker nightclub on Upper Street.
A man in his 20s suffered a serious facial injury and was taken to hospital to receive treatment. A man in his late teens was also assaulted and suffered a minor facial injury.
Officers attended the scene and arrested three people:
A 20-year-old man from Aldershot was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
A 24-year-old man from Aldershot was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
A 26-year-old man from Ash Vale was arrested on suspicion of affray.
They have all been bailed with conditions, to allow for further enquiries to be carried out.
Officers are continuing to work hard to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and would like witnesses to come forward.
