Some of you may have had to go the long way round a road block we put on at Dock Road this evening. Gosport Neighbourhood Officers, making enquiries into drug dealing in the area, became aware that a vehicle parked nearby may be involved and seeing it drive off they caused it to stop at the junction of Dock Road and South Street. The driver of the vehicle was subject to a road-side test for cannabis and cocaine, which he failed. A 43 year old male is currently in custody and will be processed accordingly.
