Two Gosport Neighbourhood officers were just coming away from a public order incident they were helping with when this vehicle caught their eye.  Well it was actually more about the driver and their suspicion that he did not have a licence to drive. Anyway you can work out the rest and once he had removed some personal items from the car he, and his two friends, were left to get a lift home.

The driver has been reported for document offences which will require him to go to court (he may opt to enter a guilty plea to avoid court) and he will have points added to his licence.  In addition to this someone with insurance for the car will have to pay to have it recovered from the compound.

Sometimes its just easier and cheaper to get your documents in order. 👍🏼
