I just wanted to reach to you all after concern has been raised around fires being lit in the chalk pits, as well as reports of individuals using catapults to target and kill birds in the area.

Because of this, we will be increasing patrols in the area in order to provide reassurance and try to identify those responsible. If you have any information that could help us identify those responsible, please reply to this message directly and in confidence.
