I hope you have been enjoying your summer
 
ASB:
We have had reports of youths smoking cannabis in and around Cheviot Close, Buckskin and Hobbs Court, Rooksdown. All beat officers are aware of these areas and keep them in mind on their patrols
 
Burglary:
A business on Winchester Street has been broken into 3 times in the last 3 weeks and high value items taken.
A property in Cutting Drive had unknown offenders gain entry and TV, laptop and car keys taken.
A resident from Brackley Way returned home from holiday to find his house broken into and multiple items taken.
 
Criminal Damage:
Informant has reported that unknown person/s has caused damage to his parked car in Western Way by throwing eggs at it.
A school in Rooksdown has reported that over the weekend of 3rd and 4th August unknown person/s has entered the school premises and caused £2000.00 worth of damage to the garden.
 
Theft from vehicle:
2 reports of tools being taken from work vans in Harlech Close and Winklebury Way and a third of an attempt theft from a work van in Pembroke Road but alarm went off.
Remember: Please don’t leave anything in your unattended vehicle even of a low value.
 
Theft of vehicle:
Theft and attempt theft of Motorbikes are still on the high the last two weeks. Please consider where you park and ensure your motorbike is locked up with a durable lock
