Information sent on behalf of Hampshire Constabulary

On the 5th March a resident of Lightsfield Oakley has been targeted by person claiming to be doing work in the area and noticed he had tiles which allegedly needed changing. An amount of money has changed hands which appears to be an excessive amount. Trading standards have been made aware and in touch with the Aggrieved  party who may follow up with what details they have.
Please don’t feel pressured to buy anything on the doorstep or entering into a contract for work that allegedly needs doing, remember that cooling off periods are in place for a reason. Check the internet for more details and always get more than one quote for any work that you are considering to have done.
