Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

Hello to all Neighbourhood watch coordinators in Manor Ward.
For some time now I have been trying to find ways to revive the neighbourhood watches in Rushmoor.  I and another Coordinator (Yvonne) have been holding community forum meetings with the local councillors, RBC representatives and the police to talk about issues in the ward. It is now time to see if we can broaden the meetings to try and get participation from the NW Coordinators in Manor Ward.
To this end, I and Yvonne would like to invite all our NW Coordinators to a meeting at the Garden Gate Pub on the 26th September 2017 at 19:00 for a short meeting for about an hour. I will send out an agenda nearer the time.
This year we have made remarkable progress on issues such as parking, the school run, Anti Social Behaviour, and much more. We have also ensured that the new building construction on the old christmas Lodge site was done with consideration to members of the local neighbourhood.
I have attached meeting notes from the last meeting in June to this message, and I will be happy to discuss.
If you would like to attend the Forum, would you please reply to this message using the the button below.

Thanks, Shaun Lehane, Jubilee Road
